Rotor Dryer's working theory: the pipe circuit on its rotor connected with the boiler, which forms a circulating system, and the media carries heat from the boiler into the pipe circuit of the rotor, which will radiate inside the dryer, and then evaporate the moisture of the fibers. As the fibers do not get contacted directly with heat media, it avoid fires.

Rotor Dryers are widely used in particle board industries and other fiber drying industries, because its mature design, stable quality and efficient capabilities. According to the realities of the customers, the rotor dryers can be different sizes, and its heat medias can be thermal oil or steam.
